- Ellie is our newest Ringneck a female. She is 7 months old and a Cinnamon Violet. Currently weighing in at 123 grams. She is adjusting to our home and with all her new siblings quite well. Here she can be seen trying to fit in with the boys. So far she enjoys eating lots of food, playing in the playroom and visiting with the rest of the flock. While she was being quarantined we worked with her being hand tame and did a fantastic job. We are thrilled to her her join us.
It's like all of this breed of little colored birdies always come with "Peekaboo" pre-installed lol
I like how they all activate each other's mimics. The choir of peekaboos is adorable

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING, BEAUTIFUL.... 71, YR. OLD RETIRED ZOO KEEPER.... HAD MORE BIRDS, ANIMALS, IN MY LIFE THAN I CAN...? We should all Look hard, AND long AT THIS VIDEO, AND really count our blessings......and realize many things.
