@@Sabinahon87 but the store bought lunchables that are usually packed for kids' lunch usually has alot of preservatives and synthetic flavors added to it, and the carton apple juices brought for lunch contains a ton of sugar, alot of my friends ate those during elementary school too "Most of them are based on some combination of fatty meat, cheese and refined white flour, plus synthetic drinks and snacks." (written on a huffpost blog) so yes, i appreciate the fact you care about your kids' health and yours but i think its okay to have a cheat day every once in a while. but then again, everyone is different and whats okay with me might not be okay with you
