Shower caps are THE BEST ! I use them all the time ! My aunt actually bakes bread and she uses hotel shower caps to cover the dough while the yeast is doing its whole yeast thing. They're USEFUL !!!!

Shower caps are amazing! I buy super cheap ones to process my hair in, I also have some that I use to keep my hair dry when I just want to wash my bangs or my roots, they're also good for storing shoes in, in your luggage and other stuff, cannot recommend the cheap showercaps enough.

What some people don’t realize is that when the sebum your scalp produces comes into contact with water, it creates the human equivalent of wet dog smell (from someone that worked in the hair industry for a while and shampooed many heads of hair lol). You shouldn’t wash your hair every day, though, unless you want horribly dry, tangly ends that need to be trimmed often. The obvious solution is a shower cap :D

You guys should look in to an instant pot. It's an electric pressure cooker so you can make slow cooker meals in a fraction of the time. It can also act like a slow cooker. I use mine at least once a week, a big time saver and very convenient when I don't have time to prepare something before work.
