I ride the vantage regularly, the seats make them so much nicer to ride on than normal buses and its cool going down the busway.
I havent tried vantage yet, i might need to come before the change in operators!
yes please do, we are hoping that when the new operators take over. they arnt going to mess around with it and spoil the service.

Great video although FOR ONCE I’ve actually done this route before you ! 😂 When we did it we got very fortunate and our V1 back was a B9TL Gemini of which some are fitted with guide wheels ! Obviously for that journey we sat downstairs at the rear but did not charge our phones 😅
I work for Stagecoach in Wigan, however training is done at Hyde Road so to get to Hyde road for the early morning start the V1 was the only option for me. At that time in the morning it worked a dream for me.
nope bus wont be missing its a very busy bus route. And its hard to keep on time. The bus you are on has most proberbly over taken the missing/late bus to help it get back on time.
i do have to point out your statement about seating. As you where wrong, they do have the same plush seating downstairs as they do up stairs. but they also have the standered fitted seats for disabled people ect. So just had to correct you there sorry.
APPARENTLY we are getting full electric buses on this route but dont quote me on that. Only time will tell come September
