  • I was not confident when I started this video as to how this score would turn out. But, two functional scores keep the integrity of the design. When it comes right down to it, all this lovely score involves is wheat stalks, hole pokes, and straight lines! Why not give it a try?

    How do you keep it fresh after you put it in a plastic bag? Mine was soft this morning?

      It does get soft in a plastic bag. If we're just going to keep eating it until it's gone, I leave it at room temperature, cut side down, on the cutting board. It takes a long time for sourdough to stale and mold! Otherwise, I double-wrap in foil and freeze for later. 🙂
