Great video... fighters have to have a big ego. But Boxing can be the most humbling sport. I'm happy for you. I'm proud of everything you accomplished.
I used to think too that boxers had to have a big ego, that is until I started boxing as a 40yo two months ago. Fighters and boxers, for the most part, have been the most humble and respectful human beings I have ever met. It’s like they themselves know they are dangerous machines, everybody else around realizes that they are, the whole thing is stable, respect and humility is extended both ways in return. I think it has to due to the fact that it’s earned, the training can get gruesome, those that go the extra mile with long road works, intense cardio and strength sessions ON TOP of the boxing session. These people are wholesomely at peace with themselves, they might still have an ego with anything else in life (job, relationships and any other potential insecurities) but it seems to me that boxing is not it.
Iv been hit by a school bus while jogging. Been hit by a car while cycling had my hand split in half and needed a tourniquet, and rushed to the hospital. Got right up and still do what I do and didn't feel embarrassed or humbled or anything but stronger.
Hi, Ed Latimore, my name is Malcolm White, and I just wanted to say that I am such a big fan of your RUclips educational channel. The contents that you post about are so amazingly spot-on, and also, the value that you add to your video topics are so absolutely incredible, and insightful, as well. Please keep continuing to do this brilliantly motivational channel up, and running, my good friend 💯👍💯👍💯👍!!! PS: Do you think that you can please do a video topic, and analysis, about why men should have street smarts in their own lives? If you don't mind?
Yo a bunch of dudes in my gym have been raving about it this year. I haven't usually heard much buzz about it, but I'll admit the reviews have made me curious!

Damn dude you're tough as hell. Hit by a bus and a car, and you're still here, defiant as hell in the face of death.

Thanks brotha. I plan to!
Great video Ed! Yeah I got my ass handed to me in a few different arenas. After the smoke clears and I process it through it's usually a profound win.
