I do that with shear grab all the time.works a treat and no need to change shear grab for bale spices which is brilliant. Saw it on you toube and saved 3 or 4 grand.
Remember from many years ago I used the balespike on the frontloader off the wee Fiat 466DT, was hard on the tractor shaking up the frozen bales. Sharegrab is nice :) You should get a handy start booster.
Splitting the bale is a brilliant idea dude and it looks like a clean cut you must have a good edge on your silage grab....... gotta be better for your feedwagon not needing to bust a whole bale apart using less fuel in the process thinking smarter rather than working more in the long run repairs or replacement
Get a high power or a geared starter motor for the deutz shell furevover quicker. I get mine from maintech solutions here in N Ireland, it will make a new tractor of her. Great channel keep up the good work 👍👍
If you connect the jump cables direct to the starter it’s a great job
