First of all, this is the first time I saw your channel and subscribed you as well, as it’s written without maida cakes plus lesser/no oil. One request try to make them without sugar too, with any other option.
Undoubtedly, cakes are looking really yummy, but do tell pls what kind of pink colour did you use, for almond rose cake, it’s looking very rich Probably it’s food grade only but which one it is.
also pls do share dry tea cakes since I’m really fond of them and how to make them in kdahi or cooker easily and share chocolate cake, marble cake, banana walnut date cake, apple cinnamon cake, blueberry cake.
Also share it with prices and it try without milk cream
or can we use any other cream also or only the fresh market one ?

How come the colour on pista and madam did not change after heating in oven. Usually when we heat with upper filament as well, the wary fruits along with the top of cake get some colour. Did u add some more later on ?
