Helllo Gracey. Huye is District of Southern Province not Northern. But TABA is one of silent Neighbourhood you can find in Rwanda. I studied in One of School Called "Petit Seminaire Baptiste de Butare" located there at Taba in 2007-2008. It was awesome👍.

This neighborhood look similar with kagarama in Kigali, i see this city has many things in common with Kigali, the difference is buildings and kigali has many hills while this flat, but the road quality and cleaness almost the same
