I saw this guy play in Peru several years ago. He did things on the violin that were so amazing I think I would have been less surprised if he had started flying around the room. There was a moment where the whole audience started looking at each other like “are you kidding me?”. Superhuman, amazing. It does my soul good to know he is still out there doing his thing…
Spectacular performance! This piece ought to get more attention and air time. I much prefer it over his violin concerto. Thank you for sharing this with us! And please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences for the passing of your wonderful grandfather earlier this year.
