This sounds like a more positive version of Inkie! Where Inkie gives a darker, liquity vibe, Sxin gives a more trans/techno vibe. Awesome round, love it!

Yeah I’ve also been his fan since his sbx shoutout “awakening”, and every time I listen to music, I feel something that truly touches my mind… That’s why he is my favorite looper until now
Yeah and Sadness and Sorrow is again top notch, my favorite beatbox routine of all time, I get chills every now and then even though I probably heard it around 20 times now.

Ocean this is my top1 Elimination routine since I've seen it.
it was hard to decide which one is better Dice or Sxin. Both were jaw dropping for me.

idk Dice still for me really showed his anxiety perfectly and it was a really emotional elimination but at the same time i really loved Sxin's spacey vibe, but now listening again Chris' elim is also starting to grow on me a lot and I really loved the melody and Brez also personally had the most energy for me. Really hard to choose between all of them now
@@jake8243 there is so many great elims that it's really hard to pick those top ones. each one been different. Dice left me speechless. absolutely masterpiece. basically every tune of him i heard was great. then Chris - musicality and voice! totally different vibe. Brez - my all time fave looper with his rap flow and stage energy. gotta mention Rythmind too. great set (although personally i prefer his gbb19 sets) ... but Sxin. man just hit the right spots. his music is fulfilling. And Ocean is magical.
we all have different taste and we find different tunes fitting our mind. and that's a great thing. for now sxin wins my heart but who knows what mental state I'm gonna be in the future and maybe something else will have my attention . 👊🤘
I was really sad that the audio issues with multiple devices basically killed Dice's routines against Chris. They were such good rounds but with the weird audio stuff the feedback issues lost him a lot of points. Balance also seemed to have some issues with it in his elim and Balance has been doing live looping for years. Lots of artists had a bunch of complaints about the audio issues this year between solo, loop, etc.
@@SwitchBladeEVO yea I heard about those issues. for example Grom too. great set. he showed on his channel how it should sound and it's amazing! same with balance. it was noticeable that his singing turn out not as he expected - he explained it on Insta. some loopers (I think solo bbxers too) been unlucky with the sound quality :/
@@FoxInTheBox13 River and Maddox recently made a video about it explaining some of the bad stuff from GBB. River legit had to change a couple of his routines and use different sounds because with the mixing on the mics some of his sounds just didn't work. They wouldn't come out. Sinjo did a great job with what they had, but I think the venue had a lot to do with it. Wasn't a concert hall designed for musical performances.
I love how every beatboxers and pro beatboxers appreciate Sxin's elim so much

This track wakes up the type of emotions which have never really been woken up in me before. Got chills from listening to both Spotify version as well as the GBB one. It's just.. as if meditation music met DnB but still maintained its identity, it's weird - but I'm all here for it.

Hi, I would like to know what effects he uses for the drops because they are loopstation. I think it's a filter, a phaser and a panning delay. Thanks in advance
Could someone explain the concept of the wildcard to me? Love this performance
The artists submit their wildcard (3 min. videos) which is watched and ranked by judges, and then the top *something gains acces to the competition.
*In 2020 10 was picked, but because of covid the event was postponed to october 2021, and in the meantime more artists eventually got access by winning other (online) competions, or got ranked high enough in the second round of wildcards for the GBB21 (because the event grew in size). Thereby, 5 more won their access.
Oh, one more thing. The top 4 from the previous year (2019) are automatically qualified for the next event, if they choose to reenter to compete again.
Eventually, 17 loopers got access for GBB21, but only 8 could continue to the battles, and because of that all 17 had to perform their 5 min. eliminations. Again, the judges ranked their performences and the top 8 got picked to enter the battle.

here's a little funny story, i was scrolling down RUclips and then i found out that brez is uploading a vid and so excited, so excited in the point that i shouting like "omg brez" and out of no where my mom in her room, just seperated by a wall next to me just like "heyyy Marc, what are u talking about". she think i say breast, and everything start to get akward since then
