there is a error using the find and replace method, " we Couldn't find the anything to replace. Click Options for more ways to search." But formula method is working. how to resolve this?
What if your excel sheet contains more than a hundred columns and you don't know which one contains these dreadful non-printing characters? How then do you apply the CLEAN or SUBSTITUTE function to the whole sheet?
Somehow the Replace funtion can't find the line breaks. The substitute functions sort off works, but when I then copy and paste as values, Excel introduces the line breaks again so it does not work. The Clean function is the only one that works for me.
Thanks a lot. Appreciate your help on this. I was breaking my head thinking how I can remove line breaks. This really helped me.

Same here. Doesn't give the forced line break.

Using Excel on a Mac nothing happens with Ctrl +J
Hi! Mac has its own shortcuts. [Ctrl+J] is for Windows. For Mac it's [Cmd + Option + Return] or [Control + Option + Return]
Thanks
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
