"Hidden in the fx chaos is the copyrighted element, waiting for the strike, those snakes. But I'm there too. Waiting. Two years of nights I've turned the same video in an alternate version just in case. I must choose the launching carefully."
it's so immersive, and like the song really tells the story of Batmans life, and Bruce Waynes life and their loneliness, Michael Giacchino did an amazing job.
batman standing on a gargoyle, brooding over gotham, rain trickling down his suit. police sirens echo throughout gotham, god that would be magical, i hope that's how the sequel starts off
I just love how this song has a really dark, mysterious and action-packed part but then also has an uplifting and hopeful part. To me it symbolises that Batman, in the crime-ridden city that is Gotham, is a light in the dark.
The rain and thunder creates an amazing atmosphere for the first half of this. It sounds like a beautiful sadness as if Bruce met Selina years ago when they were in their 20’s and were lovers but had to say goodbye. Man this makes me sad just thinking about it
First part is about Bruce. Second part is about Batman. They are connected by the same underlying motif that both start with, and both are meant to represent different personalities of him.
I like how Matt Reeves chose to call it just "The Batman" Because that's what it is. THE DEFINITIVE iteration of the character. As great Nolan's Batman is, i just feel like he's but of a tryhard. I just never got that sense of immersiveness with him. Maybe it's heightened because I have "The Batman" to compare it with. But i don't think I'll feel the same way about the latter, if we another iteration of Batman. I feel the same way for the Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy. No matter which film came out, he was always the GOAT for me. Definitely because those are superior films.
We feel most connected with Pattinson’s Bruce and Tobey’s Peter and movies, that’s why those two will ALWAYS be the greatest interpretations of those characters.
Same. I never really liked Nolan’s batman because i’ve always felt like there’s something off with the batman. Bale is a great actor and did a good job, it’s just that i feel like he was bad written and i struggle to take him serious with both his suit and ridiculous voice. Pattinson’s batman is intimidating in the way he just is. Something Bale never got to, because they tried way too hard
I’m reading a ton of early 90s Batman right now (finally reading the build up to Knightfall) and just have this playing on repeat the entire time 😂 it fits so well with it
Great song Great picture what also I need?? Ah yes nothing this is completely perfect this sllwed song catchs the personality of batman and is greatful
Something makes me think he’d be so up for this kinda film. I mean back then you’d never imagine the batman being associated with kurt cobain but it works so well
When I first watched this movie I went to make some food and this theme came up and I thought like man did it just switch to star wars Darth Vader's theme 😂

That was like one of the first official images we ever got and it's obvious why, it looks amazing.
@@ClintBandito im glad you're perceptive Spencer and so knowledgeable.

This movie already has amazing moments like these, I'm sure the sequel will excel on this

Beautifully haunting
the only slowed theme from that movie that looks great!
2:11 to 2:25 is probably the most "Superhero" sound melodies I've heard in a while!
I feel like I’m inside Batman’s head
The Batmobile is fantastic.
Micheal Giaccino #1
Slowing the theme down makes it more beautiful
Slowed down for some reason it actually reminds me more of TDK Zimmer Score. I love it!
Id give everything to rewatch this movie for the first time
Time to stare angrily at the sky.
This sounds totally new and pretty good too
This sounds so haunting 😱😍
This is by far one of the best batman themes it feels like batman is lurking and chasing you down, micheal Giacchino is a genius

So beautiful. This is kinda better than the original score.
Huh?? Lmfao this is the original score with just an added rain and thunder effects

I think a slowed down version would be dope for the sequel
I just beat Arkham Knight with the Knightfall protocol ending for the first time… this hits hard

Good but the rain and thunder is kinda overpowering the theme a little.
