If you're talking about it being the only content to be posted, fnf overall doesn't have much to do except for getting powerful and if you're aiming to play new mods most of then aren't worked on that much and it takes a lot of time for good mod to come. if you're talking about that the fact that nobody is playing fnf, you're wrong. That game kind of died last year because there wasn't any good mod and fnf didn't have any updates. But you can see this year a lot play it due to the 2 fnf updates, soft fnf v2 and silly billy coming out which they encouraged people to play fnf. You can see a lot play this game like pghfilms, bijuu mike, forever nenna and 8 bit ryan.
