Hi Madz. Pretty smart and grown up for your age there kiddo. Remember the good days and the bad days? Beautiful wide open field to just ride with your 4 legged friends. Please tell me you don't try bull riding lol. As much as you can always try to keep moving and doing things. Your body is designed to be moving so it will make you feel better (your joints will thank you). Your body will get stronger even if it takes some time and may not feel like it sometimes. I have the same issue of trying to keep moving (not talking about exercise - just movement). I take several trips to do something instead of loading up and doing it in fewer or one. I find that easier on the body and gets more movement. And relaxing walks (listening to whatever you want) is great. You probably know this already but try to eat as healthy as you can. That's a big factor. Hang in there. You're in a really big family here. WHO (World Health Organization) estimates that about 50% of those that contracted Covid have gone on to develop Long Covid to some degree ranging from very mild to completely bed ridden (example - RUclipsr by the name Physics Girl - got Covid at her wedding and went down hill from there - confined to her bed and sleeps most of the day for almost 2 years and she is getting better) to serious, worst case. Worst case scenarios are very very rare and not something I think you need to worry about. You seem too healthy. Keep the videos coming and don't worry about the imperfections. They make them real and not manufactured. Look at me ramble on. 😁 Looking forward to the next installment.
