Republic Services Revving Peterbilt 320 Rapid Rail 2437

On my normal Friday bike ride I stumbled upon Mark using one of the spare Peterbilt Rapid Rails and thought I would stop and get a couple of clips. Turns out the auto-pack on the truck was not working that day, so he was stopping every 5 cans or so to manual pack. I made the suggestion that maybe he could try to rev up the arm to get back some of the time that he had lost on route, and to my immense surprise he said he would try it! Huge thanks to Mark Martinez behind the wheel for really putting on a show with this one! I would have never expected to see this kind of speed from one of the typical Republic Peterbilt Rapid Rails!

Now that's how you run a rapid rail!! I love seeing one of my favorite trucks revving hard as hell. I assume this truck does not have an RPM Limiter. Does the driver like it?
