Companion Story: Jiyan - Daybreak at Last | Character Story Quest
Pulled Jiyan right away and was able to secure him and his signature weapon! He seems pretty cool. He has a pretty fun playstyle.
This quest is after Chapter 1 Act 6 and starts off pretty light hearted and delves more into Jiyan's past. Definitely a cool character I recommend pulling for!

No I think only the Event pop up notification is time limited. I’m pretty sure it’ll still be available after.
