That salad looks delicious! I'm so shocked though bc mu cucumbers always go off quickly if I cut them in advance 😭
It's so yummy! I'd recommend trying it if you can 😊 I've heard storing veggies in water in airtight containers can help it last longer! Maybe look into that and try it out to see if it helps
