I'm sitting in my apartment in a 10 floor block and enjoying a walk out in mother nature, feeling the sun, hearing the birds singing, in one with the energies of the earth and the wind in the beginning of spring. This was great during the meditation I was swimming thru the meadow I saw a vision of a blue horse forming different images inside it, till I got distracted by some force touching me and twitch my arm, I close my eyes again I really felt the energy go thru my body and the electric spark thru my hands . Thank u for this experience
