Great video, I'm starting to think I'm the only one who uses and swears by bar soap, I don't feel all the way clean with only body wash. I just use body wash for the sweet smell. Bar soap gets u squeaky clean!
I used to do that too. Id use dove soap first then a good smelling body wash but I was using oil of Olay and the body wash is Soo creamy it's really too lotiony for cleansing. .... However. Caress has a more soapy consistency and you may like it better. Maybe not tho. Just a thought

No more razors! I recommend using Veet hair removing gel. Works very well on the bikini area and armpits. I usually leave it on for about 3 to 6 minutes and wipe off with a damp washcloth and shower afterwards. It will leave your kitty feeling as smooth as the day you were born as well as your underarms.
Side note to all the ladies. Summers eve is a great product but know your body. Sometimes daily use can cause UTI or yeast infections. I only use mine once a week and after my cycle. Just so you're aware :)
Here's a tip I read up on about putting lotion on: it's best to put it on as soon as you get out of the shower or up to 3 minutes after because since your pores are fully opened your lotion has a better chance of penetrating deep into your skin and in the long run making your skin healthier and beautiful. Anything after that or if your skin is completely dry, then the lotion is pretty much just sitting on top of the skin and it's not doing much for your skin.

If you haven't tried the Summer Eve's cleansing cloths, the best. I agree with you about a rag is what you use to clean down there not that loofah! I use the BIC too. Great products to use.

A good hygiene is really important like you just said. For the Summer's Eve I use the purple the scent is really soft & I had nothing but I switch time to time for the pink one. I CAN'T live w/o tongue brush + flossing my teeth. This is a really important step to me. Call me weird but I use deodorant for man this is the best even tho I don't sweat that much during the day. wow i have those bumps on my legs, ive had them my whole life. i actually thought they were just hair bumps but knew they were different because i had them before i started shaving. I researched Keratosis pilaris and realized that is what the bumps are on my legs..wow if i never watched your video i would not have knew. Thanks lol

The Caress evenly gorgeous smells so good! I love the scent of it although I'm not really a fan of body washes that have beads and the butter stuff in them. Also the secret lavender clear gel deodorant I use as well. It's really nice smelling, I'm a fan of clear gel deodorant.

I use the same deodorant !! It's my fav as well. As for Brazilian waxes! Girl the first few times I was scared! It really hurts but it depends your pain tolerance. But in the end it's worth it. Makes your hair thinner grows slower and you don't want have to worry about down there for awhile! Get it! Just make sure they don't double dip wax go to a good place!
Don't be afraid to wax, I do it all the time I choose to get the Brazilian wax ( they remove all the hair even the hair from your butt)and I love it. It isn't as painful as I thought it would be if you have a really good person doing it. Also you don't want to go in with the hair being too long because it will hurt or, nor too short because you will have to wait and come back. The outside isn't painful at all at least that's how I feel and the inside burns just a bit. But by the time your done there is no pain nor burning it's a very quick discomfort. Anyways love the video and hopefully you can get over your fear and try the wax soon.

I must say it has work tremendously for me. I am happy that I found you....you super awesome
I got my first wax down there a few weeks ago and I was terrified! It actually wasn't that bad and I loved the results I'll never shave again! I had a bad experience with an ingrown hair. There's a great brazilian wax place in buckhead down the road from the Lenox! Very clean and very elegant place :)

Hey I started using the Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Body Wash and I no longer have to use any of Summers Eve wash. However, I'll probably still use it when "Mother Nature" leaves me every month. I had to stop using commercial body wash(es) because they were just irritating to the vaginal area. Don't forget to follow up with a body scrub, leaves your skin extra smooth. Lastly, when you do go get your body waxing just do research on the place you choose to visit. Follow up with exfoliating the external vaginal area to make your hair thinner when it grows back and to also control how bad it hurts when you do get your wax :)! You can also try Eco Tools gloves! They are sold at Target or Whole Foods!
Hey girl!! If you can find a salon that uses it, i highly recommend hard wax... Hard wax grabs onto thick curly hair better cause it dries and hardens around and pulls directly from the root. Take 45 Motrin before Try numbing spray 45 minutes prior and just before the wax session.... i got some from Sally's it helps take the sting off
Very informative video kelsey, i use summer's eve as well but my all time favorite body wash is the original caress in the peachy/orange bottle, i've tried so many body washes but always go back to that one, i just love the scent and it lingers on your skin all day as im not someone whose really into perfumes, just give me a good smelling body wash and deodorant and im good, i also love nivea lotions, its all im currently using, i don't like any type of body hair either but i don't like to shave cause my skin is extremely sensitive to it, never waxed but wanna try it, used nair hair removal creme once, it burnt like hell and my skin looked burned and i went numb for a few weeks, scared the hell outta me, lol, never used it again, now im scared of hair removal cremes, lol, think i might give the electric razor a try instead

Shaving & using hair removal creams in the underarm area irritates and can sometimes remove the top layer of skin, so when it heals it turns that particular area darker than it was before. And we brown girls know all to well about having a cut or scrape on our skin heal and its darker than the area around it. Ive been waxing my underarms for the past 3 years. I only wax one time every month and not only have I gotten used to the waxing process because its quick and the results are better, but my underarms and the rest of my body are now the same shade.
Loved this video. Especially about the skin condition you have because I think I have it on my legs too. I never knew what it was lol. Also, if you do decide to get a bikini wax you should definitely do a video about it. I've always wanted to too just because I hate shaving but it's intimidating. I mainly want to because they say if you wax, the hair grows back finer.
waxing isn't bad at all. once you get it done you will be so happy. the more you get waxing done the finer the hair will get finer making the waxing easier.

okay, now I'm thinking about the young girls who will watch this. you said you was the outside of the va-jay-jay but they need to wash inside too! Most people just use the clear water inside and the cleaner outside. Some of us can wash inside and outside with the cleaner and some ladies shouldn't or can't.

Make sure you get "Hard Wax", it grabs onto the hair and not your skin, less painful, less messy, and lasts longer!

If you take a painkiller, like a Tylenol, an hour before your wax appointment it will lessen the pain I hear.

Loved this video. Especially about the skin condition you have because I think I have it on my legs too. I never knew what it was lol. Also, if you do decide to get a bikini wax you should definitely do a video about it. I've always wanted to too just because I hate shaving but it's intimidating. I mainly want to because they say if you wax, the hair grows back finer.

Great video Kelsey! I can't stand when people mainly women don't clean their bodies and smell bad. My mom always says never leave your house without washing your "V" and putting on clean undies.
okay, now I'm thinking about the young girls who will watch this. you said you was the outside of the va-jay-jay but they need to wash inside too! Most people just use the clear water inside and the cleaner outside. Some of us can wash inside and outside with the cleaner and some ladies shouldn't or can't.
