I actually found some things talking about putting a pink triangle on driver's licenses as well as forcing people into conversion therapy camps
There's almost nothing said about what happens if we were reject the therapy
It's part of the reason why I'm starting a private military company
Ive already got active members and were not recruiting anymore for a while

@@PoweredByRainbows you mention in the video that the left won in the UK. But the Labour party is just as transphobic as the previous group in power. They directly banned puberty blockers for trans youth and continue to push the ideologically biased and methodologically flawed Cass report. It might be a victory for workers but it's a loss for the LGBT+ community.

My rights, and my community's rights could be taken away. All we want is to live in peace with other people. My other queer friends and I already go through being called slurs at school, as well as incredibly homophobic family members, because we live in Georgia and we wouldn't expect anything else. I can't really express what I'm feeling right now but no one should be put down as a second class citizen, regardless of gender, sexuality, race or religion. I have been having a mental breakdown for weeks about it and my only outlet for expressing my anger is ranting over text to my friend and singing Green Day songs at the top of my lungs. I hate this so much. I hate America so much. But I'm never leaving because I want to enact change in society when it comes to this.

Most of the time it's poverty or petty crimes (related to poverty :P) that make the state decide it's negligence and people have their kids taken from them. The whoel thing is nonconsensual and traumatic to child and parents. Being a member of the LGBT community does fall under 'membership of a particular social group'.
The High Court further found that Australia could not withhold granting asylum from LGBTI asylum seekers on the basis they could hide their sexual orientation and therefore prevent any undue harm being brought upon themselves.
So yes indeed, Australia can be a safe haven for Americans fleeing a Trump presidency.

She wasn't delusional. Project 2025 is very real. I may be straight, but I am and LGBTQIA+ ally. I am not religious, but I am very spiritual. I read Tarot cards, use pendulums, and investigate the paranormal (working on my mediumship skills). I will be on the Project 2025 hit list as well. Anyone "not them" will be. I live in TN. My extended family is here. In 2021, my own cousin promised that she would be sending me to "the camps" with everyone else. The real delusion lies in all the people thinking this could never happen here. It IS happening. And if people do not wake up to that fact, it will come to fruition here. We ALL must band together and stand against it. This isn't left vs right. This is good vs evil.

Funny thing you mention boyscouts, a lot of lgbt people are eagle scouts. A large portion of us are mostly because our parents thought by forcing us into a anti-queer organization that it would magically make us not and much of the BSA of old would promote this ideology like it would magically convert us. In a queer space the discussion of boyscouts came up and I chimed in and said I'm a eagle scout kinda in shame, and 3 more voices in a space of about 15 or so people said they also are eagle scouts. That's a higher percentage of eagles in 1 room than I have ever been in as a eagle. Also the ones SAing kids were all religious and used their religion to justify the things they did. Also I would rather vote for a Biden Corpse than Trump.

I'm a rule follower naturally. But most of all, I want to protect and care for the people around me. If who I am makes me inherently illegal, I feel as though I have no choice but to stand up tall and say my piece. Even if this does get implemented. I want people to know this isn't over. I want people to know we aren't finished. We're still here. We will still fight. It's scary. It's so scary to think this could happen to the places we feel at home. Where we are supposed to be safe. I'm so scared.
I'm watching my country fall apart from my bedroom window, helpless and unable to do absolutely anything, wrapped in my pride flag and crying.
Warm tears fall onto the pink and orange fabric, a symbol of my pain, a symbol of my suffering, and a symbol of the community's pain and the community's suffering.
These tears are just the beginning.
I know there is a long and dangerous path ahead of me.
These eyes will be hazed by the flood of tears more times than I will be able to count.
    I will cry.
    For myself.
    For the community.
    For everyone.
I will sob like a midnight hurricane crashing against sand dunes, an endless tsunami coursing over me.
Crying is all I can do.
    I know one thing:
I will cry. I will endure pain. Suffering. Loss. Cruelty. But I will NEVER surrender and conform to their society under a false identity. I will NEVER surrender and betray my community. I will NEVER surrender to these heartless people. Even if that means I'll never stop crying. Or never get the chance to cry again.

      Hell yeah! That's the spirit!
My country (russia) was lost to nazis. I don't want to lose the next stand that the USA is! I always believed the USA is the center of freedom!
This is freaking scary, though.. But I don't want the world to become just a big nazi camp! No matter what, we have to fight for our happy future!

And, of course, hugs are in order.
      So *hugs*

Regardless of how far apart, regardless of the oceans dividing us, we fight a similar fight. Let this comment be a reminder to us both to carry on and keep our spirit alive; no matter the struggles.

I want Pete Buttigieg to take the nomination over Joe. I am a train addict, and believe the Corridor ID program to massively expand Amtrak is one of the best things any secretary of transportation has ever done. He’s also not old enough that he’s struggling to speak and I think he will energize democrats. He also has a benefit of being a much more natural opponent to Project 2025, since his sexual orientation is directly under attack, unlike Joe’s

Pete’s a nice guy, but he has no charisma to be president. And even worse, he’ll be dogged by the other side for having absolutely no experience to be transportation secretary. They hated when he took time off to look after the kids.

As a female who has ptsd from an abusive Roman Catholic father and mother I would have much rather had 2 kind same sex parents than my own abusive biological parents. This is so horrible I can’t even imagine what will happen to America if this comes to pass what is wrong with America how could anyone possibly ever be ok with this horror show it’s like a living nightmare I’m afraid I honestly am considering moving to Canada. I don’t want to be controlled by these monsters I won’t be and neither will my child I will protect her from these vile people please please please let Kamala Harris win They want to have a communist country
