  • It seems that summer has arrived with the month of May and with it came loads of work just to keep up with the garden. We published a video earlier on in the month regarding the jobs we hoped to achieve and in this video we have an update as to what we did indeed accomplish. So just where did we get to with the weeding, plant maintenance and pest management?
You can find the link to that earlier video here, but if you want to find out more exotic garden jobs then check out our playlists.

Its kinda hit or miss when ordering plants online. I ordered a small olive tree. Should be in next week. Fingers crossed. Couldn't find one in my area.

I am a big fan of olives, unfortunately we don't have room to put in more trees but it's such a great choice. I hope it turns up in good condition.

Greetings from Ireland, Great video, I felt really sorry for you when you opened the package with the fuchsia in it. Hopefully you can bring it back and grow on in your garden.

Well, the whole thing was beaten up, got infected with mildew, and dropped all its leaves. I treated it with fungicide, got my money back from the supplier, and bought it in to the conservatory for possible recovery. At the moment I do have new bud break at the base, so life may find a way.....! As Dr Ian Malcom once said. Simon
