This is the best middle split tutorial ever! But it's better if you do it for two or three times because it's short. I got my middle splits with this tutorial along with another one but i find this one much more helpful because there's more active stretches that help me a lot! ❤❤❤
@@annavaughan8036 When we stretch it is normal to have a feelings of tension and pressure, but you have to listen your body! The pain doesn’t have to be strong, but if it’s no pain at all your muscles won’t really stretch.
