- Based on "What if Raditz Survived?", I wanted to take that same concept and try it with another villain. Gohan's Father-Son Kamehameha seems successful, but much to King Kai's shock, he can't confirm Cell's death. Little does everyone know, Cell barely was able to survive once more, this time launched far into the depths of space by Gohan's attack. With another chance at life, what will Cell's plan be this time, and how will everyone respond? Let's discuss!

It would be cool if Gohan trained for Cell similar to how Goku trained to be able to fight Kid Buu in base.
Imagine if Cell trained for 10 years.
Bro would probably get a real goofy form like “Super Perfect Golden KaiokenX20 Cell” or something like that. Maybe even add a bit of Orange to it if he does enough push ups and drinks lots of juice!

Cell being around and not fully good is a big motivator for the other characters. Even for the Androids with 17 unique mutations if training with any of the others likely making him nearly as broken to Gohan. If Vegeta trains earlier with any of them that also benfits and same, of course, for Piccolo.
It would be funny as Goku would mostly be the same. Even with SSJ3, he is weaker than Gohan, Vegeta, and Piccolo given circumstances. Maybe making him want to come back just because Afterlife has little to challenge him atm...
17 is still in cell or at least he should be
@lklokla_1 No I don't think so. If cell's body was almost completely destroyed, android 17 was probably wiped too.
@@lklokla I didn't see this reply till now. My apologies for my late reply. Cell was destroyed outside his nucleus, which contains who he is, which is microscopic. So, the assumption can easily be that 17 died during the explosion, if not prior, depending on how the absorption process works.
Since Cell can retain his perfect form without 18, it is easy to assume the same for 17. I doubt his nucleus contains a micro sized 17 as if it did. One would think that when Canon Cell lost 18, it would go a bit differently. Mind Salad could go either way in his story or just not really include them.

This story has slot of potential I was interested as soon as I saw it 3 minutes after it came out
As a Cell fan, I wish this story was canon, the bio-android, despite having the DNA of Frieza, isn't as crazy as him while being an honorable warrior, he mostly got that from Vegeta of course.

Well Gohan has been training for the past 7 years huh, at least he kept up with it, wonder how strong he is in ssj2, is he as strong as Goku in ssj3 with his potential, guess we'll see soon enough.

@paul33334 I'd argue it's recklessness due to his ego, complete lack of disregard for anything else but a good fight. The deed is evil for sure but idk, he still feels like a morally gray character to me

This was a great talk, Cell would get bored if there is no fighters to test his power, he would develop and get stronger, he would meet Majin Buu, Beerus, Whis, Goku black and he would be in the tournament of power to meet strong fighters, I would like to hear more in this talk in the next part

It's a good thing Cell can't access Frieza's Potential, because if he could no one would be able to stop him. 😬 Plus it would be incredibly boring to him not be able fight with anybody on his level. 😆 Make sense on why Gohan would keep up with his training here, because he wouldn't trust Cell's words here. 👍 I'm hoping this develops into a Gohan & Cell rivalry like Goku & Vegeta did. 🙂 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
We actually don't know because Cell never trained. It's possible that Cell had more potential then both Frieza & Gohan.

Seeing Cell so many times made me realize his Frieza face part is golden. Which is neat and makes me wonder when Toriyama designed him if the thought of Frieza being able to have a golden form was in his mind (keep in mind Cooler movie came out like a year before perfect Cell first appears so Toriyama could have legit started thinking about Golden Frieza after seeing 5th form Cooler) probably not but still I wonder...

The way this story structured sell basically lost the Cell Games via ring out. And now he's not trying to destroy the Earth anymore. Someone once made the argument that sell did not lie during any of his feelings during the cell Saga or Android Saga. And honestly I'm hard-pressed to find the point where he actually lied to anyone

All things Considered Cell COULD just naturally become good like how Raditz did when he survived I like the not-so arbitrary what-ifs you got going to make it feel more organic and the idea that there are only Two evil being's DNA in his system being Frieza and Cold (not sure if King piccolo or not though most likely not due to our Good piccolo is far stronger) its like that what-if Super Buu became good due to the mindset of all who he absorbed not just their power it should of been a package deal like how he absorbed the Grand Supreme Kai and became the childish Fat Buu though I do wonder about Dr. Gero being able to program Cell's mentality for perfection stunting his potential when there is no such thing as absolute perfection only Greater Potential being gained by Motivation without Killing meaning no more means to grow and thus becoming good just so he can train even further beyond that's how Dragon Ball and Goku rolls he hates losing the potential for new training partners i hope Cell will feel the same sure its selfish but it still gets the heroic job done
