Don't know if you'll see but here's a tip or two:
1. You should check out Norway's default formation and see if they use a formation with your position. If not, train your player to be LMF or CAM or whichever attacking position you'd think you'd have a chance to get yourself into the starting XI.
2. I think you should work on Penalty Specialist & Gamemanship as your skill traits
You'll be a Penalty taker and possibly Free Kicks, gives you more chances to get goals especially for Norway.
