I think you should pay attention to your training so that you'll improve your players abilities. Like passing, removing bars on positional training since it's done and add them on passing cause it's been horrendous even though you still made decent assists. Or train pinpoint crossing.

i really think you should train shooting/finishing so that they can improve. I've seen some breathtaking dribbling runs ruined by finishing that was just too close but never really got anywhere

you couldve easily won both inter matches if you played more passes with your teammates, be more involved in the midfield even though you’re a winger. If you made simple 1-2 passes to go past players you would’ve won both games with atleast 1 goal margin
