Somethings fixed this for me forever. New valve core, soak in a ziplock in oil chain lube. Wipe before installing. Always store bike with valves at 4 or 8 o’clock. Before checking air pressure, make sure valve is at 4 or 8 o’clock & wait a few seconds so no sealant will come through when you check it, this is probably the most important thing. Never clogged again.

Apparently you can soak the new core in chain lube to slow down the clogging process
just a drop of lube.. too much could foul the sealant. the drop has worked for me.
