I agree with the content. Now everyone wants to be a designer. 😂 I think design was for most part popularized by 2 companies: IDEO and Apple. IDEO popularised "Design Thinking" in corporate world by establishing what deisgn could mean for business. Whereas Apple showed the power of DESIGN theough their super successful products and impact that it had on people, cultures and the world at large. I.e. why people started valuing design. Now everyone wants to understand *DESIGN* .
