Dominica Island 2017

We had the good fortune to visit this island paradise for about a week in March. Enjoyed many delicious meals, coconuts and beverages while exploring the beaches and jungles of this exotic location. Hope to return one day but for now this video will have to do!

Dominica was my home for three and a half years where I lived and worked as an international project consultant for the ILO Caribbean Region, CIDA and the Government of Dominica. I am a Canadian but I will never forget this island, where the people are so special to my heart. I love you forever, Dominica!

A coconut normally cost between $2-$3 ec. But going around the island u will see lots of them and could get for free. (Once the fruit trees have fully bounced back from the hurricane)
