Very neat for you to shout out our group! We’ve got some new members from your video today. The plants you saw that you believed to be Dischidia imbricata, are a hybrid of Dischidia vidalii and an undescribed species from the Philippines, called Dischidia sp. (Camiguin Island). The second plant you called Dischidia imbricata, is Dischidia sp. (Camiguin Island) - the parent of the hybrid. The true Dischidia imbricata is essentially absent in cultivation.😊💚
Whoaa thank you so much for writing it in. Would love to brush up on my dischidia. If its not too much trouble can you DM me on @bo.tan.ist so we can be connected?
Really love the fabulously lush dischidia Dragon Jade. So lovely!!! They're slow growing, but surprisingly still fairly fuss free and easy growing. The other dischidia species are more finicky.
This was absolutely MAGICAL!!!!!! Thank you SO much for taking us along! omg this little girl loves plants so much! I love how she was showing you her favourites.
Sean, I watched both postings today .. a bit of a binging but it’s really an eye opener .. and I have never seen you so exited ad happy before … this is truly Amazing Thailand .
Hello, u had me searching dischidia on Peace Love & Happiness website. Place one in my cart. Absolutely luv the video & u tickle me interacting with the child. She wouldn't stop coming lol. Thank U
Now I definitely need to get an airplant 😍 Been wanting one for years and I regret not buying one the last time I had the opportunity. Thanks again for the tour
Theres so many to choose from. Take your time and pick one (or ten) that suits you. Or you can shop what you have locally, its a good way to support local businesses and stress-free for everyone (including the plants)
Thanks for the great advice. I'm going to visit a really special plant shop a couple of hours drive from where I live. They had a few airplants the last time I was there. Don't think I've ever seen them anywhere else irl
What shade cloth do you recommend for houseplants? I have them in a patio but after looking at these Thailand videos Im inspired to move them out a bit. Ty!
Wooh Im not sure of brands or % shade… but they are sold here under the name paranet. All online marketplaces and garden supply stores have them. I have bought 60-80% and didnt find too much difference between them. 😀
Sprayed daily. I do that too with mine. Its actually ok if they are getting excellent light and airflow 😀 i have a fan going on 24 hours a day in my backyard
Very pretty. Thanks for sharing I love seeing the way people grow plants. You are going to get me in trouble now I want these. Unfortunately all these beauties have to be imported wich makes me sad shipping is killing me.
I Just love air plants ( tillansias) . I have about 20 different ones. Including Spanish moss ; most of them bloomed under my care or have pups already🌾
I need a plant friend who gets just as excited as you do when they see beautiful plants! 😂 17:49 17:51

Amazzed!!
Thank you 🥰
Would it be possible to do a video on how that to pot up a dischidia ovata or iontha in the way it was done in this nursery with coconut husks?
I will try to do one soon 😀
@@onlyplants Please!
What do you do if the ovata or oiantha need to be repotted? How would it be done?
How do they water all of these Tillandsia (mostly they are upright) and avoid crown rot? Obviously they don't turn them sideways or upside down...
Sprayed daily. I do that too with mine. Its actually ok if they are getting excellent light and airflow 😀 i have a fan going on 24 hours a day in my backyard
I missed these amazing places in Thailand! We were predominantly in the city. :(
Merci pour tes vidéo magnifiques tu es un dieux bravo

They are misunderstood in terms of care but very rewarding when you understand how to make them thrive in your home. Congrats on the blooms!
@@onlyplants thanks Sean, so nice to hear from you all the way to California(LA)
What you listen as "Hoya Carnosa Compacata" is actually "Dischia Pangolin's Kiss" no?
Interesting name. But here we call it the dischidia nummularia dargon jade here
@@onlyplants Very cool!
