To maybe make the situation a little better. I would recommend some giant water containers from ebay and hook the pumps up to them. To have emergency water if you get good filters or use it for washing cars or something like that

Thanks for your final message bro. Sometimes the smallest message makes the biggest difference In a world of misery. Both my kids were diagnosed with kidney cancer 3 months apart this year, my youngest being 1 and oldest 7. I’m truly blessed that they are getting the best treatment for their condition and is looking promising. I definitely wish you the very best luck and positive vibes with your garage and new baby. Love your videos keep it up, but definitely take all the time you need to be with your wife and baby. Cheers!

You should do a budget build to show the possibilities on a lower budget. Maybe like a 240z or a toyota. And thanks for the advice. Always makes my day a little bit better

Put some down spout extenders on those new gutter downspouts to re direct all that water further away. You helped it out for sure by giving it downspouts but it needs to be pulled further away. It won’t solve your issue completely but it will at least get a lot of water further away

Get your Pops over to fix the drainage around the shop. He's done more drainage than most people doing drainage installs now. Believe me....I've installed a lot of it with him!!!

The only way to stop your flooding issue is to build a rubble drainage system around the workshop this can be connected to your pump system and gutters and pull all the water form getting into the shop
hey evan I've seen some people use corrugated plastic hose at then end up there gutters to help run the water off the roof really far away from your shop. might need to bring the end up your gutters a little higher to help gravity feed it but you could run it a good distance like that, won't fix it but could help a little bit.
get a temp ditch dug around the back to help with the flooding or get a longer hose to run farther away

Brother, you should just get someone out there to dig a trench like 15 feet from the shop to help drain the water for now. Get a small path from the fence behind the shop to drain into the trench and just run the pumps for the side where the trailer is to the trench as well. Definitely not ideal to have that set up that way but it'll hopefully prevent the water from building up for now.
I would cut the wall 18” to 24” up on the wall. Replace it with wall board used in shower installing. Which is water proof. They has several kinds from light weight to cement board. Before installing it spray exposed area under current Sheetrock with a anti fungal spray then install shower waterproof board. This can be painted, tiled or use same covering used on the floor. Seal it on seams and on the bottom where it meets the floor. Seal side door seals. You now have a waterproof wall that water can’t ever enter. Actually it won’t be vary expensive. The only area that water could enter would be front doors. Front drains could take care of that. Cut a 4” or 6” wide strip out with a concrete saw install mesh cover over front drain if needed.
if the flooding is coming from surrounding rain water and not the building leaking a retention pond or some prairie grass to help hold the extra water and partly save your lawn.

random suggestion for the floods would be to surround the shop with large bushes that helped with my back yard floods

Evan you have got sue them. I know its not how you like to roll, but to think of the money you've spent mitigating the problem in order for them to come fix it, as well as paying for a job that should have been up to code, is such a slap in the face to you; your viewers, and the integrity of those companies and contractors than take their job serious to provide a quality service.
These things can't go unnoticed or unresolved. They have earned their day of reckoning, while you deserve your piece of mind.

To fix your flooding... install french drains and grade the land away from your shop.

Second: i just bought my 2016 and i am so inspired by what you did on this car. I cant afford doing all you did but 2 things on my list are the front bumper face lift and the wrap. I am located on NYC area. Do you have recommendations on where to go to get that done ? I am sure I can figure out the wrapping however, the front bumper upgrade is not easy. There is some after market eBay grills to get you closer to the americana grill veryical strips but i am not sure if that’s the way to do it !? Any thoughts would be much appreciated

I would dig a beveled trench around the base of the garage and then add crushed concrete for now until this gets resolved. The longer this goes on the worse it’s going to get.

Try backfilling it with gravel and dirt so it can drain but also flood
I find it hard to believe drainage was not a huge concern from the jump. It seems like one of those things you warn the customer about, they swear it wont be an issue and then surprise.. its a HUGE issue and then they have the audacity to be shocked.

Do yourself a favor and get a floor squeegee from home depot. Some floor brooms come with a floor squeegee on the opposite side.
