The Chelsea Women were once again put through their paces as their pre-season preparations stepped up, ahead of the friendly against Arsenal on Sunday. Pernille Harder was on fire in the shooting drills as the squad trained in mini matches and fitness drills.

I have a crush on penille, I know I know, I have no chance, but shes a stunning lady. And it's got me into womens football. Favourite players, beth mead and rachel daly (penile harder is great too, and lucy bronze a full fitness was a candidate for worlds best) The quality in womens football is getting better all the time. Can't wait for euros, COME ON ENGLAND
