    Introduction
Hi gearheads, and welcome to my channel! Today, we're taking a trip back in time to the golden age of American motoring with a truly special car:
    1937 Packard Model 1507
This isn't just any Packard, mind you. This is a 15th Series Twelve, one of the most luxurious and powerful cars of its era. Under the hood purrs a mighty 12-cylinder engine that produces a smooth 160 horsepower, more than enough to make this beauty sing.
    Packard's pedigree
But the Packard's appeal goes beyond its impressive specs. This was a car for the elite, for those who demanded the finest in both performance and style. Back in the day, owning a Packard was like owning a piece of rolling art, a statement of success and sophistication.
And this particular 1507 is a true stunner. Look at those sleek lines, the gleaming chrome accents, and the elegant two-tone paint job. It's a head-turner for sure, even today.
    A rare gem
But what makes this Packard even more special is its rarity. With a production run of just a few dozen, this 2/4-passenger coupe coachwork is a true collector's item. It's a chance to own a piece of automotive history, a rolling testament to American craftsmanship at its finest.
More than just a pretty face
But don't let its beauty fool you. This Packard is no garage queen. This Twelve has been driven and enjoyed, most recently on The Enthusiasts Tour last April. It's a car that's meant to be savored, to be taken out on the open road and let its throaty engine roar.
    Call to action
So, if you're looking for a car that's more than just transportation, a car that's a rolling work of art and a symbol of automotive excellence, then this 1937 Packard Model 1507 is for you. It's a rare opportunity to own a piece of history, a car that will turn heads and make hearts race.

Many of my travels as youth were in the back of a '37 Packard 4 door with a six cylinder under the hood. My dad who'd been an auto mechanic for much of his working life was so proud of that car and the way it handled and rode. During the years of WW2 he commuted to Boeing/Wichita as an inspector in that Packard and it served our family so well.

We had the 37' _ '12' roadster a beautiful car acquired in 1954 that we has left us with many memories. Ours had the Wires which were not standard on 37's. It also had a Rumble seat.

Ow ow ow what a beauty, what a gem ! OK, it's not a Bugatti or a Delahaye, but for sure, Americans were catching up very quickly. Makes you wonder who owned it, what wonderful stories are associated with this car. Was it from a Hollywood star, a furniture king, a wealthy restaurant owner or a farmer with 2000 cows and seven tractors too... Love it ! Are you allowed to drive with these cars all over American roads, given the fact it has no seatbelts or headrests etc., or is it like in Belgium, only to go to special car events etc. and not more than a limited number of miles radius around your home ?

Absolutely, it's a magnificent piece of automotive history! The allure of classic cars like the 1937 Packard 1507 is truly timeless. As for ownership and driving, in the U.S., vintage cars like this one can generally be driven on public roads. However, there might be some regulations and restrictions to ensure safety.
While it's true that these cars may not have modern safety features like seatbelts or headrests, enthusiasts often take them for spins on special occasions or to car events. The regulations can vary by state, but many vintage car owners enjoy the freedom to cruise on American roads, albeit with a mindful approach to safety.
It's fascinating to think about the stories behind these cars and who their previous owners might have been. The 1937 Packard 1507, with its elegance, surely has a tale or two to tell! 🚗✨

Memories. In 1965 I was privileged to drive an adult friend's 1937 Packard Limousine to our high school Junior Prom. Straight 8. You could turn a corner in town, in third gear, and accelerate smoothly. Rollup window between driver (leather upholstery) and passengers, which included 2 jump seats, in mohair. Thanks for the walkaround,.
