- Hey guys so finally getting around to updating this as it has been many months since I made a new video on this exact topic. I want to share with you all the BEST characters that you can bring in to DD3 & 4 Dark Dimension alongside the DD4 Legendary lane, with some honorable mentions and shout outs for solid characters!

If anyone watches this after the fact, Emma Frost is coming back in a BIG way with her speed altering passive. In DD she also can cleanse debuffs (which SA needs unless you T4 Maria) and Mind Controls which can absolutely decimate problematic enemies.

Used Shang Chi in my 2nd DD3 run and can confirm he's quite useful. Not sure if he's a must build but he was my splurge G14 character. Ran him with my 1st run team of SSM, AV, Carnage and Doc Ock

As much as Phoenix is no longer meta relevant I think shes one of the easiest ones to farm as a mid game player because she doesn't need any character who is in the War Store. Which for me, was a pain in the ass to farm because it felt like everyone I needed was in there for a while.
And you can also farm the majority of them pretty early in the campaigns. (No characters like Yellowjacket, Negasonic, MuM or Sam who are stuck behind the Doom War Campaign.)
global ( secret avengers, shuri, ghost ) substitute roster ( emma frost )
cosmic ( infinity watch ladies, kestrel )
city ( cloak & dagger, shang-chi, spiderman symbiote, anti venom ) substitute roster ( squirel girl )
legendary ( omega red, adam warlock, jubilee, doc oc, shuri ) substitute roster ( nick fury )

I’d watch a video about Shuri. I use her a lot surprisingly.
This is great stuff as always but was curious how your recommendations would change with the current day meta and upcoming characters soon to be added.

For city on DD3/DD4, is a full symbiote team needed or can you run a hybrid with C&D replacing two members? And if you can, which two would you recommend swapping out?
If you were to remove two it would be venom and scream. Scream is squishy as hell and venom isn’t that useful anywhere compared to the rest. But must haves are SSM and anti venom and or carnage
I'm 10 shards short on cloak I split the shards and ended up 10 short on the next star after unlocking them. Dagger I got one more but 10 short for cloaks next star aggravating
How much better are SA when compared to Emma and sinister??
I one shotted DD3 city nodes with HFH. Only 90k IF and LC and 70k for the other 3.
Had to try the final code a couple of times until I got through the first set of attacks
That's cool! I mean I'm not sure if I would want to invest big in to H4H anymore with more counters coming out. Would rather go with more viable long term characters at least C&D where possible and maybe throwing some symbiotes if possible, and Doc Ock will help!

Honestly I was tempted to skip dd3 and go to 4 I got impatient and decided the new "unbeatable" characters would one shot every node I was wrong and I'm tempted to bring minn-ever sinister etc to g14

With AV being war farmable, is your opinion on Symbiotes changed?
I don't think the symbiotes are really worth chasing if you don't already have them. SSM perhaps naturally and might still maintain some value here but otherwise everyone else not a whole lot.
I noticed you skipped the first 4 nodes, but node 4 is no slouch. Everyone says Keswatch (I don’t have AW) wrecks those nodes, and they did for the first 3 nodes, but mine are all g15, 4 red stars, team power 700k and I’m getting humiliated on node 4. What team do you suggest for first 4 nodes? SA? New Warriors?
DD4 Node 4? I don't have first hand experience using Keswatch on this because I had a ton of other characters to use. I suspect you'd need something with tank and more survivability. Since Global is right after I would probably suggest an SA combination with Kestrel I would think would be sufficient. Sersi as a 5th character maybe at this point.

I'm a returning player that quit after beating DD3 both times. How long will it take me to get enough gold to take some characters from 75 to 80, plus all those new characters from 1 to 80? Seems like by the time I'm able to, a lot of the characters won't be as good.
I guess it depends what your roster looks like right now I mean the ones I mentioned I. This video will be your best choices. Gold wise they say you get somewhere between 1.5m a day depending on where you’re at in payday and of course over the entire month. Characters to go 1-80 take about 10m or so with all gear and abilities.

As far as I am aware they don’t really have any sustainability aside from their passive and I don’t think that’s enough personally
Now can you make a video on Doom War campaign? (since Doom war chapter 4 is coming soon anyways ) , You said that Black Order has fallen off the meta , well unless I wanna build Power Armor , I need to get Ebony maw up there in Gear tear , and what of the Avenger + Invisible woman combo?
No you don’t need ebony maw just build hydra instead. I have plenty of videos on past doom war campaigns I also have baby account videos going over what I did and my plans, check my channel for these if interested. Secret avengers will carry the avengers section.
@@Boilon Sorry to get back to this reply , but actually , the video I watched for your Doom Campaign reccomendations IS the one I was referring to lmao , so another question pops up still , Hydra for 2-7 to 9 , and S.A for 3-4 to 6 , what about 3-7 to 9? Kestrel could probably carry but that would still leave 4 slots , and the other 2 that I can think of is Shuri and Misty Knight (eeeeeeh?).
As far as doom 3-7 to 3-9 kestrel does make short work of them but yeah I would recommend Shuri at least. Misty knight , antman and wasp honestly could work the rest are not stellar choices but as long as people stay alive kestrel will wreck it really.

How many minimum stars does a character need to beat dd3? thank in advance
There is no minimum. You can have a 2 star character at g14. It won't be easy, but you can use them.
For dd3 global I took Sam, Maria, Jubes, Beast and Ghost. They were an awesome team. Got through the dreaded final global node in 4 attacks.
I'm on the last node in dd4 but I'm taking a break until I unlock Omega Red. I've stalled out on the double Korath wave. Don't have Phoenix and I wish I did for consistent damage. I get hit so hard right out the gate I'm just not able to do enough in an attack and the Maw and Scarlet Witch that are also in the wave negate almost any progress I make with their health restoring abilities that ignore heal block. It's by far the most frustrated I've been playing this game.
I believe DD4 starts at level 80 and not 85. I think you may have said 85 accidentally.

@@Boilon the only reason why I didn’t get them was because I was taking a break from the game due to boredom and I just came back a couple days ago. Since I’m ftp and I already beat dd2 with a few global characters, should I bring Emma frost, mr sinister, ghost and possibly baron zemo??
Ghost is okay but to be perfectly honest these are not good choices for the rest of global. Not only will you waste resources but you’ll struggle to clear. As far as dd3 goes you could use Phoenix in global now that she’s being bumped down to 5 star unlock, but I just can’t in good conscious recommend most of what you mentioned 🤕
@@Boilon I’m not focused on dd3 anyway I’m just planning ahead but I may be able to get phenix next time she’s out so then I’ll widen my roster first, get ghost to g14 (I have no other choice), work on phenix, get sinister to g14 because he does good in dd4 and then maybe I’ll just do Emma and then if I need black widow or captain America I guess

damn! Sorry to hear. You'll get that eventually though, watch for the supply store 5 for 450 cores, normally I don't but this might be worth the unlock!

Probably but never used them there. This is a bit of an old video at this stage. I’ll be doing a more updated dark dimension video in the near future

just beat DD3 yesterday with luke cage, shaun chi, ssm and anti venom ...shaun did most of the damage. If you're looking at going into DD with a 3 star ssm ..don't period ..forget what you hear on youtube.
Well i had a 3 red star ssm and cleared pretty easily but i did have full sym team
@@hfdgsjhdagfh yeah a lot of us have done this but there is just the timing, by the time he's built enough for doom he'll be replaced. building symbiotes is not a safe investment at this point.
@@nunyabeezwax3043 yea they not but im to far in with my sym team so dont matter fot me but for new players i agree but sym do preform really well doom 2 raid and scopley been holding out on them for a while so i do think they have future plans for them
@@nunyabeezwax3043 Yes building symbiotes is a safe investment cause you need them for the doom raids plus I have a strong feeling we will eventually get more symbiotes especially knull.
Wow this definitely needs updating Symbiotes have no credibility anymore!
Your justification for Shuri is that you have her at 7 red. Otherwise, I don't think she is as amazing as you might think with less red stars.
The 4th and 5th spots for tech are tenuous at best. If we get any NEW tech who can either buff or debuff and or cleanse they’ll probably take over but until then Shuri is still your best option here.
She’s pretty amazing now haha
Make your life easy and use Deathpool in cosmic.
Kestrel is better than Deathpool hands down. Especially if you’re using infinity watch.

@@Boilon one thing to note about kestrel is if your trying to be strategic about who you take down in dark dimensions kestrel's pings can be a tad bit of a problem if she pings people you don't want to take down and drops waves sooner than you want
