Hello sir, very informative and detailed explanation. It will be helpful if you can give a detailed explanation about the possible factors for the cause of LIMA GRAFT failure.
thank you doc. Does vein graft preparation help with venous valve function? does it remove them? or dilates the vessel only? and would that decrease the risks with not flipping the vein?
Surgeons usually do intra-op flow dopplers to see how is the flow in the graft. I still dont know how helpful it is in the long run. If any concerns, angiography is the gold standard to assess these grafts.
I would love to hear about how to know what catheters to use for different engagement of the arteries. Everyones anatomy is different and sometimes you may need a JL4 or a JL 3.0 or a AL catheter to engage the LCA.
This is so useful for cathlab radiographers. Thank you
Thanks a lot and thanks for watching..

Thnx for watching. Vein graft preparation a play a pivotal role in its patency. They don’t remove the valve as it will injure the vessel wall.
Great 👍
Nicely explained
Hello, thanks for the excellent presentations. Would be helpful if you might add several real-life examples of angio for CABG to this topic.
I will note it down. Thanks a lot for watching..
