There’s still one at Disney World but at Disney Land they change a lot of things. It can get really confusing when they change things.

Personally i don't think it's the same, as the arm structure wouldn't work for the range oogie boogie has. Oogie also has a wider, more advanced range of movement, so even if it is the same one, it's highly modified.

Yeah I’m pretty sure they just use the Disneyland country bear animatronics for spare parts at Disney Worlds anyway.
I just heard in a interview that a imagineers debunked this. Could it all just be a rumour or is there a little truth to it? I would like to think its him.

I remember the country bear jamboree. I went in the 90s but i remember them singing... Aint nothing like the great outdoors to ease your soul. And i remember the TIKI room too
Country Bear Jamboree still exists at Disney World in Florida. They just removed it from Disney Land.
Did they get rid of the tiki room, that’s my favorite place in the whole park.

There were also 3 heads mounted to the wall, and if you watch back in a sertan scene you can still see them there, but now not functioning and in winnie the pooh ride

I always heard of this one and the first time I went to check it out all I can think was "THOSE THINGS ARE HUGE!!"
Right after the heffalumps and woozles room as you approach Winnie in the honey wall, the three heads are there. It does suck you have to turn around, and if you are in the third row it's difficult to see due to the shape of the "beehicle"
those are actually static busts of them! they aren’t animatronics and never will be. we don’t actually know what happened to the animatronic busts.
I’ll never again see animatronic bears the way I did pre-2015.
At Disneyland, It closed as the Country Bear Vacation Hoedown. It hadn't been Jamboree for years. Jamboree existed and still exists at the MK in FL.

Country bear jamboree is an interesting case. I remember loving the movie when I was a kid, although I remember none of the plot today, but I was excited and surprised to see there was a country bear attraction when I went to Magic Kingdom in 2019. I went and sat through the show, which was fun. You can tell it’s from a past era, and it made me sad that not many people go anymore, but I appreciated it. What I really appreciated though was that while myself and my mother were waiting for the rest of our family to catch up, we could keep going back through the near empty line each time the show finished to get seats and air conditioning while everyone else was out in the heat 😂

At Oga's Cantina in Galaxy's Edge, the Robot DJ there (Rex) used to be in Tomorrowland according to one of the waiters! He even has a backstory some of the bartenders will tell you if you ask them! I think it's neat that they reuse them instead of just throwing them out like places such as Chuck E Cheese :)
He used to pilot the ship in Star Tours and sort of narrate the experience. The story of the ride came from the fact that he royally screws up tour and nearly kills everyone aboard several times.
Yes Rex was the original Pilot of the better version of Star Tours

In my opinion I think they should have kept the Country bear jamboree instead of the Pooh ride, the Country bear jamboree was WAY MORE entertaining.. ❤️🐻 ❤️
I have never been to any of the Disney parks , but I do watch lots of youtubers at disney parks , disney movies and tv shows . I would agree with you about the new skin thing tho

In the Winnie the Pooh ride Teddy Beara's swing mechanics were reused for Pooh when he's in a hot air balloon.

That would make sense cause they could moderate the animatronics skeleton plus it’s literally the perfect size for the “Oogie Boogie” animatronic.

Omg the one and only time I went to Disney was when it was a thunder storm and pouring with rain. The Winnie the Pooh ride got struck by lightning and had to get shut down. Then we rode on it once it opened again and it was glitching and very very creepy. It still gives me nightmares
It would kinda make sense because Oogy Boogy is kinda a big animatronic and so is the bear so they may have the same kind of structure
From what I've gathered, it was only his skeleton that was reused, not any of the machinery

Was at Disneyland literally yesterday, and I thought it was a cool Easter egg that they had one of the old Matterhorn Yetis in the collector’s museum.
