RECIPE:
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Orange bell pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon of epis ( green seasoning )
Onions
1 1/2 Tablespoon of fresh lime juice ( or sour orange juice
1/2 packet of sazon
4-5 sprig of thyme
2 large pieces of foil
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
1 whole parrot fish
Bake in a 250 degree oven for 30 minutes and serve hot.
