I grew up eating this in my homeland Zambia and they sell this in an ethnic store here in Canada so I’m still able to eat it. I love this to eat this with Nshima. We cook it for several hours, that is what is required. Thanks for sharing to the global audience, awesome channel ❤️
@@LamiseO Hey are you Haitian and are you ok.? I was sent to find someone to tell u guys where u all keep going wrong. Not everything just with regards to the earthquake and why u all become grave yards each time. Your building your homes wrong. That's not how u build concrete homes. I looked at the Bahamas as well and saw the same problem. You all are not using the right amount of steal work and your not using them correctly. So the walls are weak. Also you all build fairly string foundations and roofs but weaker walls. Hence you all create sandwich graves after. It's better to build a one room with the same amount of materials u all use to build a big house. Just hope u can pass it on. There is more but I see not to say. I'm a spiritual Christian and so I got the message to give u and so I do. Hopefully this helps. Please pass it on.
