this is andhra special .pesaratuu.pesara maens mong,attu means dosa .its very tastey with ginger chutney and raw onion pieces .pesarattu is healthy to eat as breakfast as it has less carbs when compared with rice recepies .and as usual yaman ,u r my fav cook .watching u since long time

स्वादिष्ट पौष्टिक मजेदार नाश्ता सिखाया पहला वाला बढिया क्रिस्पी बना है वही अच्छा लगेगा ।घर में पनीर रखा होगा तो घिसकर थोडा डाल लेंगे,और चुटकी भर काली मिर्च पाउडर।वैसे भी बच्चे तो पनीर या चीज डलवाते ही है।
दूसरा अपनी अपनी पसंद है।पहली बार उपमा वाला देखा।बनने के कूछ समय बाद सोगी होकर उसे खा पाना कठिन हो सकता है।यह स्वाद में अच्छा होगा लेकिन तत्काल खाने वाली आयटम है।
और हां सकारात्मक विचार आया कि हमे आत्मनिर्भर होना ,एक दूसरे की मदत करना बहुत ही आवश्यक है इस वैश्विक आपदा स्थिति में ,पता नहीं कितनो के रोजगार प्रभावित हैं ।इसलिये लाकडाऊन मे जो भी किराना दुकान खुली मिली उससे जरूरी सामान जो मिल जाए मंगा लेते हैं।वे घर तक पहुंचा देते है।मानस यह कि उनका भी घर चले ,बच्चे पले,सुखी हो।
किसान यदि मोहल्ले मे सिर पर पोटली रखकर,ठेले पर या ट्राली से गेहू,ज्वार जैसे खडे अनाज, मटर, मसूर, चना,चवले धनिया,जीरा सौफ,सुर्ख मिर्च आदि लेकर आते रहते है तो गुणवत्ता देखकर उससे जरूर लेते है। सस्ती और दरवाज़े पर ही मिल जाती है।उस गरीब ने बरसातकीचड ,
डण्ठ ,ओले,चिलचिलाती धूप झेली ,कीटो से बचाया।आसमानी सुलतानी तो है ही। ट्रासपोर्टेशन का खर्च पता नहीं निकलने पर उसे क्या बचता होगा। वह कुछ ही पैसो की उम्मीद लेकर आता है।मन में बहुत दया आ जाती है।अपने से जो मिल जाता है उससे वह दवाई कपडे खिलौने पुस्तके,अन्य जरूरी वस्तुएं लेकर घर जाएगा,वहां परिवार के सदस्य खुश होंगे।यह आप भी सोचते हैं ।कृपया कदापि बुरा न माने ।

To those who don't know this recipe/dish, pesarattu (పెసరట్టు) is a kind of morning tiffin which is mostly consumed by people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Pesara means moong dal, attu means dosa in Telugu.
