- Welcome to the Pulse x Thrustmaster Freestyle Invitational Tournament. In case you missed the streams, we hosted the event live on the 25th and 26th of July through the pulserl and nrg_jzr Twitch channels. Watch 16 of the best mechanical players battle it out in some epic freestyle showmatches. We will post all the 16 showmatches in the coming weeks. I wonder if it would be possible to do 2 backflip resets in to a delayed flick. I'm sure it's possible but I can't any difficult freestyles yet

Stupid question but can someone explain to me how Maktuf keeps his flip at 16:29? Does he not use it on the wavedash?
He keeps it because when he wave dashes, he doesn’t jump; he rolls which gives him a flip to use at any time.

honestly , after watching muricles , jakze and henkovic my standards for these freestyles r super high , even while watching this vid fires and maktufs are kinda boring (im not sayin there bad players) but after watching henkovic it just shows hes on a different level compared to these guys

It's a corner wavedash. It's usually used for double dashes but he did it for a turtle.

Maktuf is one of the best freestylers imo. He's been playing sloppy tho. If he wants to win the tourney he's gonna have to get back to his consistent self.
