Thanks a lot Ben very useful! I tried all in a couple of days on many birds, excellent to clarify errors & feel better, but very big mind-body work!!

Great work Ben. I find them super interesting and continue to share with my students.
When this is all over, it will be time for you to do another DVD

Hi Ben up to fairly recently I have only been using swing through or pull away. I was told to improve I needed to be able to shoot maintained lead and intercept and spot

Simon Bennett worth learning but worst method of all

Can I disagree? But only about wording :)
I can not call a method wrong if it provides 10/10 brakes for the clay. In fact this method for this target is perfect. The problem is there are very little amount of such targets. For me personally, in 2 years shooting at 2 clubs there was only 1 clay (shot from only 2 stations) good to shoot spot.
So, I would call these methods "less applicable".

Алексей Лавров sorry sir your wrong, by only shooting 2 clubs your learning targets. Any methods work. Won’t work when faced with something new

Hi Ben up until recently I have only been shooting swing through and pull away. I was told to improve my game I needed to be able to shoot maintained lead, intercept and spot shooting. I have seen some of your other material ( I have a very good DVD's or yours) you do not mention intercept or spot shooting . Do you use or teach these techniques?

At the 4:05 point you show the 10 station drill. What is the distance of the pegs? Could a small version of this be accomplished on a skeet field using the high house?
