Dear Daniel, I need to tell you that you did a great job as a presenter. I see some quality research and thought-through speech from one video to another. And the fact that you've lived through this experience of building your self-esteem for decades adds a significant value to this video too. I understand that this journey never truly ends, but wish to be this kind of a wise man in my 40s (I'm just 31 now). I see a lot of inner changes coming my way, and it's good to hear this all from someone who already went through it. Sounds reassuring 🫡

And thanks for recommending the "Infinite Game", will check it out. Good pillar for me to focus on. Though, Mother Theresa is not a very good example 😅

@@tedand haha yes Mother Theresa is a litte cliched but was the most obvious example I could think of 😁

Thank you Ted! It truly means a lot to me when people see value in what I share. This area of personal development is a huge passion for me, and I am glad that it resonated for you. Wishing you all the best on your self-development journey and let me know how you progress. 😊🙏🏻

Awesome that it helped you, and yes check out some Nathaniel Branden when you get some time - it's dense, but very valuable stuff. 😊🙏🏻

Just found your channel, Daniel, and I loved this video. Thanks for sharing your insights on this topic! 🥳
I had trouble with the second pillar of self-acceptance. I couldn’t figure out who I am, but it changed when I stumbled upon the Enneagram. It helped me A LOT.
You deserve more views, pal. Please keep it up! Content like this helps me as a 26-year-old man to grow into the best version I could be. Greetings from Ecuador!
