Krisnan Muhtia it’s not butter, it’s margarine, so it’s basically grease. It’s not supposed to be that greasy, they usually use just a teaspoon of it. You can actually just grill it without any butter or grease cuz the burger is quite fatty as it is

I probably can find at least 4 "messy burger" stall around my neighborhood alone and still lots of people lining up. The ingredients is easy to get and it's easy to cook as well but nothing beats burger you buy from tepi jalan 😂
you should try tempoyak...a durian based gravy eaten with fish that comes from Pahang state and I believe is unique only to Malaysia...there is a restaurant in wangsa maju called temerloh ikan patin and you cna go there via LRT ..exit at Sri Rampai LRT station

We had durian in the supermarket here in eastern canada for just a few months so I had the pleasure to try it. Taste creamy, rich and sweet. The aroma was of rotten onions and burnt plastic. Everyone loved it.
