That single tonguing is stellar!
the recurring theme during allegro almost seems like a vignette or a flash of brilliance, its so vivid and different than other parts.
Great work, thanks for sharing 👍🏼 And always so much fun to hear the bassoon in the orchestra in a bassoon concerto.
New favourite yet again
Well composed!
Great music and playing, thanks for sharing!!!
Had no idea about this guy! Thanks!
Amazing! Thanks for sharing!!!
The year of recording is 1956?! That is some solid playing by the soloist and orchestra!
Czech finesse
Bidlo is well known in Czech republic. He was a bassoon star, long time playing in Czech phil.all his recordings as an orchestra member are great.
God to hear a bassoon concerto besides Mozart's. I need to find out how much solo & concertante concerti there have been ?
New favourite piece! I would like to start studying it with my teacher, do you have by any chance the bassoon solo part?
Hey, is there any way to get an orchestral score? I would really like to see the whole thing but I can't find it anywhere on the Internet. Do you know something?
hey! i was wondering if you would mind sharing the score. I would rlly appreciate it :)) thanks!
This concerto sounds so American to me. But I like it anyway
This music made think of Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition"
I was getting Kachaturian vibes.
@@lucpraslan i was getting korngold vibes
Why do the trill signs have 1/2 next to them?
It’s an older way of writing a half-step trill.
@@samstreeterrr thanks!
