For ISRO it doesn't matter who will reach first. Our objective is soft landing. Russia has already did soft landing.... for ISRO it will be a milestone ....ofcourse in future we will have the budget to reach moon in less time. By any means we will be the 4 th country in case of soft landing on moon.

This means that Russia is back in the scientific space race. Russia is at war with the NATO bloc and manages to launch scientific and high-tech programs. I think everything is going well in Russia.
