Can we imagine to control totally and instantly the glue dots in order to adapt quickly the glue flow in regards with the speed and the pattern.

For me is better to use straight line, because every dots is one cycle of the unit. The module has life time about 10.000.000 cycles. Savings of the glue consumptions isn´t so big and otherwise you spent more money for frequent service and spare parts.

You have bad adjust pressure and temperature. I think that you use hot melt glue on the bases of EVA thermoplatic polyamide (amber-yellow color). Better hot melt glue is on the bases of metallocene. After melting the glue has transparent color.

I was hoping to see micro-dot beads and ultra thin glue lines without stringing..
