Accusations have been made in the past that its a Limpopo party. That said their president Julius is Pedi, their deputy Floyd is Venda both from Limpopo, their SG Marshal is Zulu from KZN and their Chairlady Ntombovuyo is Xhosa from Eastern Cape, their Treasurer Ompile is from North West. EFF is also represented in all voting districts in all provinces making it only one of 3 truly national parties along with ANC and DA.
EFF has also had at least 2 elective conferences and their leadership is known. MK might not make it past 10yrs or elective conference whichever comes first.

Not only is it's majority in KZN, ANC was also formed by the very same Zulu's labeled tribalists today.
