Good question! Their sales have to be suffering except for my local HD, it's the busiest one in the region, so I've been told. But that is because of all the construction going on in the area due to hurricane damaged homes.
My store has 1 of the husky compressor 30gal. I’m trying to sell my 10gal Goodyear almost new to buy that one. But the makita seem good too. Maybe get the 2 one for tires and one for machines

Not sure, it's definitely sold out around my local stores and I just checked on their website and it's sold out there as well. Hopefully it will come back before the sale ends the beginning of February. You could always to do the tool hack and just get the two tool combo kit with free tool then return the 2 tool kit and keep the free tool at the discounted price.
@@DIYCrasher it is great. We are currently moving shelving out of our garage and into a shed we built and being able to roll the units is so nice. Yes, we used wood between the casters and the shelving.

They are both great deals. I like the Makita one with it being more portable, but that sucker is still heavy.

Showing again clearance sales vary by store, the Makita compressor is still $459 at my local HD.
Unfortunately it is hit or miss between stores. Sorry it wasn't at your store.
Concur on the Sam’s club shelving, I have 3 sets and they work well. My wife and I put 5” casters on ours.

Just before Christmas Costco blew out the Dewalt 2 shelve, and 1 drawer units for $159.
That would be a nice setup to be able to move them around. How did you attach them, with a piece of wood between the metal and castor?
