Cocktail from the video.
CABARITTA PUNCH
1 cup whole milk
2 cups water
4 green tea bags
1 rooibos tea bag
2 oz. Lemon juice w/ zest
2 oz. Orange juice w/ zest
1 oz. Allspice dram
1 oz. Falernum
2 oz. Ceylon cinnamon syrup
2 oz. Ginger syrup
2 oz. Appleton Signature rum
2 oz. Rum Fire
2 oz. Jackfruit-infused light Spanish rum
2 oz. Tamarind-infused light Spanish rum
6 dashes Angostura bitters
Bring water to a boil and brew tea. Let cool, then combine all ingredients save milk. Mix thoroughly, then pour into container holding milk. Allow to curdle for half an hour, then strain through cheesecloth or nut milk bag (I recommend the latter). Repeat until punch is translucent, then use coffee filter for final fine straining.
Serve cold in rocks glass with large cubes. Garnish with dehydrated orange.

My friend has a somewhat similar bar to the upstairs one, a true mid-century piece up for grabs, a three piece Frederick Weinberg design that is wrought iron with tiger print seats. Im trying to find the proper value of it.😊
