    Good film, a few people told me some things were incorrect however but i got the gist of it. I listened to 2pac a lot but after i saw this film, i gave biggie a shot and thought "wow, now i see why everyone loved this guy". Its a shame both died trying to spread the word on how hard life could be but we can find peace. Hard to find good rap like these two in today standards

    • @JustanamebroDK

      +bradlie1 His nothing like Tupac and Biggie but, you should give immortal technique a try, listen to leaving the past and dance with the devil, those are the best lyrically and then listen to obnoxious

  • @chrisjenkins203
    @chrisjenkins203 Год назад +46

    2pac was the one that told biggie:
    “Don’t just make music for the brothers, you gotta make music that appeals to men and women, if you can do that, you will be unstoppable”.
    That’s why Biggie made songs like “One more chance” and “Hypnotize”.
    And that’s why 2pac made songs like “Dear Mama” and “Changes”.
    It was just unfortunate that money and fame turned them into enemies and both of them died, still feuding with one another. Because at one point, before they were both famous, they were very close friends.
    RIP to the Gemini Twins.

I can enjoy a tune about peace and love from Common or a cool tune by Will about summertime just as much as a hardcore tune about dealing and slaying anyone who gets in your way. Im sure you may enjoy a film about world peace just as much as a film about a murdering drug dealer i.e.: Scarface its just entertainment.

    Its stories upon stories many drawn from reality either witnessed or experienced and it is all sensationalised just like films.
    While I see your point about Will being a good role model who I believe he is, I see no problem in a film about the depiction of Christopher Wallaces life.
    Apart from being a drug dealer/thug he was a great rapper you cannot dispute that and it is because of this that many people will go to see this film about his life.

      +olga cantu This is because the fuckin movie propagandize how good Biggie and Tupac how bad. The truth is quite different. They give you how Tupac was shot, nobody heard and seen and starts attacking them ... Tupac was as their leader. He gave them money, Biggie and everyone around him. When these bitches left four unregistered guns and fled, Tupac himself has claimed responsibility. And nothing is said to fuckin cops. When Tupac acquainted with people Biggie in Brooklyn, Biggie is like a slave, like his bitch leading strap. Tupac allows BIG to rap songs in which sings about how rich and how luxurious life he lives, and he then had no money. So again he said that Biggie was rapping about his life in Ready to Die.

    to be honest with you......after watching this movie again last night.... it's actually BETTER than Straight outta compton. they're both full of discrepancies as far as what actually happened in real life but notorious was more HONEST about really happened than straight outta compton was. at least they didn't try to make biggie look like some sort of super hero, they touched on biggie's 'not so lovable, piece of shit' side too. people just saying straight outta compton is better because it's more recent and exciting

    • @AGEE_95
      @AGEE_95 8 лет назад

      +Kurt Devino notorious made tupac look like the bad ultimate bad guy. when they had suge in straight outta Compton, that was demonizing him at all, that is how suge was. notorious was all flashy, while soc was about more than just nwa. it was a lot deeper. btw you don't know why people liked soc more, so shut that down right now.

      Wait your this is better than straight outta Compton? You joking right? Because only 50% of the movie was true the rest the biopic was fictitious and not to mention half of his hit songs weren't even in the movie like for example big poppa,ready to die,suicidal thoughts,gimme the loot and things done change and also the scene in 1989 where biggie rap battling bird man they got the lyrics wrong atleast in straight outta Compton almost every of there hit songs where in the movie like of course straight outta Compton,fuck the police,numba g thang and deep cover with Dr Dre featuring snoop and Boyz in the hood by eazy e and also atleast about 70% of the biopic was true so yeah straight outta Compton is better than biggie movie enough said.
