Umm... does anyone know Biggie and tupac didn't hate each other, in fact they where friends. They only acted like they hated each other because there records would make more money.
2pac was the one that told biggie: “Don’t just make music for the brothers, you gotta make music that appeals to men and women, if you can do that, you will be unstoppable”. That’s why Biggie made songs like “One more chance” and “Hypnotize”. And that’s why 2pac made songs like “Dear Mama” and “Changes”. It was just unfortunate that money and fame turned them into enemies and both of them died, still feuding with one another. Because at one point, before they were both famous, they were very close friends. RIP to the Gemini Twins.
+Cryptic (angma™) pac thought biggie was in on it but he was under mass stress and was getting all paranoid around that time...and people, probably media insiders or someone who thought they could bank off of them beefing and the whole east coast vs west coast thing, were telling him that big and them were in on it. but yeah big loved pac and vice versa...its really sad what ended up happening. i feel for big's mom. he was only 24 when he died. he was so young
+Joe MAMA Biggie was killed over some petty shit that shouldnt have gone down and Pac because he was going to be the president of the united states people listened to him he rapped about it and he lived and breathed for a better tomorrow and when the government saw he was gaining power they gottem simple and plain.
yup they made it seem like biggie couldnt do wrong just like dr dre in str8 outta compton lol he was a superhero but yet he been beating female's asses put the truth soh they can show u grow up after that eaze..
They didn't even show pac mentoring biggie and letting him sleep on his couch in the movie. They twisted the truth because diddy had problems with pac. When he gets his own movie they'll be able to show his side
+olga cantu This is because the fuckin movie propagandize how good Biggie and Tupac how bad. The truth is quite different. They give you how Tupac was shot, nobody heard and seen and starts attacking them ... Tupac was as their leader. He gave them money, Biggie and everyone around him. When these bitches left four unregistered guns and fled, Tupac himself has claimed responsibility. And nothing is said to fuckin cops. When Tupac acquainted with people Biggie in Brooklyn, Biggie is like a slave, like his bitch leading strap. Tupac allows BIG to rap songs in which sings about how rich and how luxurious life he lives, and he then had no money. So again he said that Biggie was rapping about his life in Ready to Die.
I really love this movie. Specially when you are already into biggie's music. What a hero.. RIP big poppa you're one of the best rappers ever. Life changer.
warrior1795 They have plans for it but it's been set back...They cut the director and found a new one, But I think they have script done. They'll probably start casting sometime soon...I think they're still trying to get the rights to Pacs music...
I understand that you may see rap music as mostly representing a negative image and I agree, however there are rap tunes about all sorts of things and I like all different kinds. I can enjoy a tune about peace and love from Common or a cool tune by Will about summertime just as much as a hardcore tune about dealing and slaying anyone who gets in your way. Im sure you may enjoy a film about world peace just as much as a film about a murdering drug dealer i.e.: Scarface its just entertainment.
Good film, a few people told me some things were incorrect however but i got the gist of it. I listened to 2pac a lot but after i saw this film, i gave biggie a shot and thought "wow, now i see why everyone loved this guy". Its a shame both died trying to spread the word on how hard life could be but we can find peace. Hard to find good rap like these two in today standards
